2) the unit operation

1) empty after the plant stable operation, and gradually increase the load, the process of avoid by all means plus negative planted;

2) often should pay attention to the oil pressure, temperature, water temperature and the indicated value in the instrument switch screen should be in all kinds of diesel engine, generator within the specification limits;

3) periodically check enough fuel, oil, cooling water;

4) the new unit must be planted under 90% rated power run 4 hours later, can according to the rated power, rated speed;

Unit 5) using the environment such as beyond the allowable conditions of calibration, the output power should be fixed by the regulation;

6) in the operation should pay attention to the following items:

Always pay attention to the change of water temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, if not properly should stop check, check the storage of fuel, oil, cooling water and cooling water clean degree, at the same time check whether diesel engine oil, water, air and other anomalies, observe the exhaust smoke of diesel engine with and without exception (if normal smoked slightly green gray, dark blue, for thick black should stop check), it is forbidden to water and oil, metal or other foreign material into the motor, motor three-phase voltage shall be balanced;

7) must have the detailed record, in the operation of the project including environmental state parameter, oil machine operation parameters, start-up time, downtime downtime reasons, the cause of the problem and elimination method, with the name and quantity of the replacement parts, etc;

4, stop of the unit

In the case of large units described as follows:

1) normal downtime

1) be lifted gradually negative planted, disconnect the negative switch, commutation switch to manual position

2) empty planted droop to 600 ~ 800 RPM, empty running several minutes and then promote the pump handle to stop the oil supply, after downtime handle reset;

3) when the environment temperature is less than 5 ℃, should put all the water pump and diesel engine cooling water;

4) speed controller on the speed the lowest position, voltage switch on the manual position;

5) short term parking can not pass the fuel switch, to prevent the air into the fuel oil system, long-term parking should be shut after parking fuel switch;

6) long-term parking must be put to the best of the oil;

2) the emergency stop

When the unit is one of the following situations occurs, emergency stop. At this point should be planted, to cut off the negative immediately for fuel pump switch handle to cut off oil position, make the diesel engine immediately stop;

The unit pressure gauge value falls below the specified value:

1) cooling water temperature over 99 ℃;

2) sets the tapping of a sharp, or parts damage;

3) cylinder, piston, governor and other moving parts jammed;

4) the generator voltage maximum readings on the table;

5) when fire or leakage of electricity and other natural hazards;
